Overview
Teams create better software when quality activities are deliberate, explainable and proportionate to risk. Test Management & Governance helps participants establish decision rights, controls, evidence and oversight for testing across projects, products and suppliers through a progression covering governance purpose, principles and operating context, organisational strategy, policies and project tailoring and roles, decision rights, independence and accountability. Participants define governance layers, align strategy and plans, review risk, resources and independence, create reporting and escalation rules and assess auditability without imposing one heavyweight process everywhere. Each exercise asks learners to interpret evidence, refine their approach and communicate findings in language that technical and non-technical stakeholders can use. They produce a proportionate governance model that supports timely decisions and transparent accountability.
